"Today, abortion giant Planned Parenthood released its 2008-2009 Annual Report.

Behind the colorful graphics and happy faces is a stark number: Planned Parenthood received $363 million in government grants and contracts from 2008 to 2009 alone, all at the expense of the U.S. Taxpayer and the lives of unborn babies.

How many lives are we talking? 324,008 unborn human lives destroyed in one year. How many adoption referrals? 9,433.

And that number of lives ended and women wounded will continue to rise as the amount of federal funding they receive continues to rise:

Going into 2011, the funding level is set to go up should Congress pass the latest Omnibus Appropriations bill headed for a vote in the next few days:

$327 million is allocated for the Title X Family Planning Program – which provides funding to Planned Parenthood. This is a $44 million increase over the last four years.

$710 million is allocated for international family planning/reproductive health which provides funding to organizations such as Planned Parenthood that promote and perform abortion overseas. This marks a massive $270 million increase over the last four years.

Add those two numbers together, and we’re at over a billion. Speaking of abortions overseas, Planned Parenthood notes in its report:

“In Kenya, we worked with advocates who developed a grassroots campaign to increase public support for decriminalizing abortion.” (page 20)

“In Latin America and the Caribbean, we offered training for health center security and tracking groups hostile to women’s health and family planning.” (page 20)

“In northern Nigeria, we overcame the reluctance of a large religious organization to introduce basic reproductive health care through its more than 100 health centers. Now, more than 60 of those centers offer birth control and refer women to private medical providers if they need a safe abortion.” (page 21)

The solution is clear and simple: it’s time to Stop Abortion Funding and Defund Planned Parenthood.

We made major pro-life gains last month, but they mean absolutely nothing if we do not turn them into serious legislative gains for the unborn.

going to this organization. Yet, I cannot stop it. And, let us not forget that Obama reversed the “Mexico City Policy” within a few days of taking office in January, 2009. It is a travesty. He is, by far, the MOST pro-abortion president I think we have ever had. PP violates states’ laws on a regular basis, yet the federal government continues to fund it and rarely are their clinics punished for their abuses.

There was a story a few months ago about window blind manufacturers recalling anything that had a cord, becuase some idiots put a crib next to the window and thier infant “almost” was injured. They cited “a dozen or more” similar incidents over the past decade.

Point 1: what kind of moron positions the crib next the cord for the blinds? Even if that was the only place in the room that the crib fit, you can take down the blinds!

Point 2: what is “almost injured”? Isn’t that the same as “certainly wasn’t injured”?

Point 3: take the number of children “almost injured” over a decade and divide by the number of blinds installed in this country, and you get the IQ of the people who panic over crap like this.

As for the referrals in Nigeria, I wasn’t thinking abortion was legal anywhere there, but I guess that is no hindrance to Planned Parenthood, especially with the type of law enforcement they are dealing with.

It makes me wonder though. What other illegal activity is being funded in other countries? That’s like funding the Mexican drug gangs.

This statement:

should really read:

“And that number of lives ended and women wounded BY PLANNED PARENTHOOD will continue to rise as the amount of federal funding they receive continues to rise:”

I point this out because I don’t see any data that shows the number of abortions rising on the national level so my assumption is that planned parenthood is just increasing their share

Planned Parenthood sent out an email for those of you who don’t know what to give your woman for Christmas! Stocking stuffer, or snuffers, gift certificates. Yea it’s called “Choice on Earth”. Sick. Also, if you want to know about what is going on after hours at Planned Parenthood, go to http://www.worldviewweekend.com and look for the radio commentary about it. Hint, satanic rituals, practice on pregnant women how to abort if roe/wade is overturned. We have got to defund this hellish company, started by Margaret Sanger to kill off the “Negro”‘population because she believed they were weeds. Anyone with me?

I downloaded the report. Two things stuck out, a memorial to Goerge Tiller. A man who had no problem cutting up baby parts to pull out of the “mother”. And Barack Obama hugging the CEO of Planned Parenthood, Cecile Richards, and one more thing, on page 27, Tara Broderick at a podium. She looks angry. What’s wrong Tara, not enough babies dying to satisfy your thirst for blood. May God help this depraved, sick country.
